By purchasing and downloading any one or all tracks, you agree to the following:

 

1. You are 18+ years old

2. Collaboration: This / these track/s are for the purpose of a co-write (copyright) regarding OUR new song

​

3. Downloaded track/s are NOT for resale, reassignment, transfer, duplication or replication. Only the original purchaser can use and commercially release the purchased track/s

​

4. CollaboBeats composer/s' will claim a total of 50% of OUR new song from the MUSIC / COMPOSER ONLY

​

5. Purchaser / Collaborator will claim a total of 50% of OUR new song from the LYRIC / AUTHOR ONLY

​

6. CollaboBeats' 50% Composer share remains, whether YOU / The Purchaser uses our music track in-part or in it’s entirety.

(Sampling will not effect our 50% total claim of OUR new song)

7. Printed Credit: "CollaboBeats by Rheji Burrell" and our link TheBBEG.com/CollaboBeats

8. Commercial Release: Email us the link to OUR new Song Release

​

9. Failure to adhere to these terms and conditions WILL trigger legal action
